What You'll Do:
As a Digital Account Supervisor, your creativity is complemented by a strong foundation in data, enabling you to craft distinctive integrated brand experiences that leave a lasting impact. While digital prowess is at the heart of your work, the campaigns you oversee are diverse in format and scope. You will tackle client challenges head-on, crafting narratives across various platforms and channels, unafraid to push boundaries backed by robust data insights.
Your role will encompass crafting cohesive content, devising social and digital strategies, and spearheading the execution of campaigns and initiatives. Moreover, you possess the acumen to evaluate content performance through meticulous analysis of key metrics.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee the operational performance of accounts, ensuring the delivery of high-quality work while adhering to deadlines and budgets.
- Develop strategic content marketing solutions for the client across various disease areas.
- Act as the primary point of contact for clients on a daily basis, serving as a digital/social strategist and leading client discussions effectively.
- Consistently produce compelling external digital communications content, including social media posts and website materials, showcasing exceptional storytelling abilities within the healthcare sector.
- Collaborate with account and client teams to develop digital strategies aligned with business priorities, ensuring a cohesive content strategy.
- Foster relationships with internal specialists and senior stakeholders to meet client requirements effectively.
- Demonstrate expertise in digital and social strategy, crafting and executing integrated plans efficiently.
- Analyze available digital data to extract actionable insights and leverage clients' data ecosystems strategically.
- Stay abreast of the latest digital platforms and best practices, translating content strategies effectively within the digital landscape to optimize performance.
- Possess a comprehensive understanding of measurement tools and methodologies to align programs with performance metrics.
- Contribute to business growth by introducing clients to new capabilities, expanding industry contacts, and engaging in relevant professional organizations.
- Dedicate yourself to continuous learning and leadership improvement, setting and pursuing ambitious goals.
Basic Qualifications:
- Minimum of 4+ years of pertinent experience in digital marketing, advertising, communications, social media, or content teams, preferably within an agency or in-house setting.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Demonstrated capability to efficiently manage large-scale projects, including budget oversight, while concurrently supervising small teams.
- Proven track record of leading digital, social, and content initiatives, including strategy formulation and content creation.
- Proficient in delegation, with the ability to provide accurate judgment and effective editing of others' work.
- Outstanding written and verbal communication skills.
